Is a deposit required?
For most bookings we confirm on WhatsApp and may ask for a deposit to hold a vehicle, especially in peak Jun–Sep. The exact amount is stated in your quote before you pay — no surprises.
Are fuel and a driver included?
Yes. With-driver is our norm and an English-capable driver arrives fuel-briefed for your route. Self-drive is rare; ask on WhatsApp if you specifically need it.
Why pre-book for June–September?
The fleet is deliberately small and fills fast in high season. Pre-booking is the honest way to guarantee your vehicle and route window rather than risk a sold-out day.
Do you quote in USD or Rupiah?
All indicative figures on this site are in USD, never Rupiah. Your final quote on WhatsApp is USD, payable via Airwallex, Wise, Stripe, card or bank transfer.
One-way or return for overland?
Cross-Flores routes like Kelimutu and Maumere are long one-way drives — see the leg-time ledger. We plan sensible day-splits and price the overland-per-day tier accordingly.
